OneBin is built for messy, personal thoughts. That only works if you can trust it.

Staff access

OneBin staff do not access your personal items. We do not read your content as part of normal operations.

Assistant requests

AI requests are sent anonymously to trusted partners. Requests are sent without your name or direct account identifiers.

Email and text capture

Email and text capture goes only into your private OneBin account. Messages you send are treated the same as anything you type in the app.
