Using OneBin
These terms cover your use of OneBin, a personal workspace for capturing and organizing tasks and projects. By creating an account and accepting these terms, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
Your account
Use an email address you control, keep your account information current, and protect your password. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share credentials, impersonate someone else, or attempt to access another person’s account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to OneBin. You give OneBin permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the features you use. Only upload or submit content you have the right to use. Keep a separate copy of information that is important to you.
Acceptable use
Do not use OneBin for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, distributing malicious software, or violating another person’s rights. Do not bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain data you are not authorized to access. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or protect the service and its users.
Optional features and services
Some features may rely on third-party providers or have additional limits and terms. Review the information shown before enabling them. Review any automated suggestions before relying on them. If you choose a paid plan, the price, billing interval, and applicable payment terms will be shown before you confirm a purchase.
Optional OneBin SMS
OneBin SMS supports phone verification, opt-in confirmations, and task capture updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. After providing consent and verifying your phone, reply YES to the OneBin opt-in text to subscribe. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. After opting out, text START to +1 (831) 273-4310 to subscribe again. For support, email info@onebin.io. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed by OneBin and the controls available in your account.
Availability and responsibility
OneBin is being developed, and features may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Leaving OneBin
You can stop using OneBin at any time and request account closure from your account settings. Export any content you want to keep before requesting closure. See the Privacy Policy for information about account data and retention.
Updates to these terms
Revisions will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes should be reviewed before you continue using the affected features. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will still apply.
